Each year, the union employees of Sterndahl Enterprises, Inc. vote for the Apprentice, Journeyman and Foreman who has shown the most improvement, knowledge and work ethic for his craft and skill level. The Operations V.P. picks the employee he believes has shown the most improvement overall in the last year.
