Team Building
Each year at Sterndahl Enterprises we try to break up the work with some good old fashion R&R. We have an annual SEI Golf Tournament at Robinson Ranch Golf Course with the Employees, Vendor and Contractors. We also attend an annual leadership retreat with all the Journeymen, Foremen, Superintendents and Management at Lake Mohave in Arizona. This gives us an opportunity to discuss performance, future needs and our plans in a relaxed atmosphere. There are also Christmas parties, the occasional NASCAR race and anything else we can stuff into a busy year.
